Make a Customer Service Appointment

You can now make an appointment at our Customer Service Center. We’re taking many precautions, including limiting the number of people in the office at a given time, to help keep everyone safe during the coronavirus pandemic.

If you need help with something in person, you can book a time to come to our New York City Transit Customer Service Center. It’s located at:

We’re open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (The last time slot for an appointment is 4:40 p.m.)

Please note that, because of the safety measures we’re taking, our capacity is limited. We’re doing everything we can to help you in a timely way.

Make an appointment

Please wear a mask to your appointment and try to maintain a safe social distance. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
